Well Friday was an ok day. :)
Breakfast: BW english muffin(2pts)
2 Tbsp peanut buuter(4pts)
Lunch: 2 Cannelloni stuffed with spinach and cheese (15pts)
Supper: HUGE salad w 3 Tbsp low cal dressing (3pts)
barbequed pork 8oz (8pts)
2 litres of water
So used 3 flex points today.
