Where I am at Lately & How I am Doing too

alrighty then... well first off... obviously I did not blog or post last week. My WW buddy was away and I just sluffed off as a result. I tried to make good choices but not counting the points is never a good thing. Were I to not have swam for 6 1/2 hours and walk in a mall for 4 hrs, I would have had a big gain man. So thank god for activity points eh!!! Cutting to the chase, I stayed the same at weigh in on Tuesday.

So this Tuesday, I went to Subway for breakie and they weren't open yet. dangit! so I went to Timmie's and they don't have the egg white option. So I am sure that egg muffin thingy was a good chunk of points, then had a grilled chicken sandwich from Wendys with a side salad for lunch, then hubby asked via phone did I want chinese food for supper... well you know what that does to us.... damn MSG!!!! Wednesday, had honey nut cheerios with 1% milk and a banana for breakie (did not measure) then a cheeseburger happy meal for lunch. And leftover chinese for supper.

Now to turn a fresh page, today I had a reduced calorie (Dempster's body wise) english muffin with egg for breakie with margarine and a smidge of ketchup. So the points are?

Lunch: Roast beef sub from subway lots veg and low fat mayo, 0 point jello and Source yogurt cup.
