Wednesday

Heddi,
Just finished inputting my food for yesterday.
Stayed within my points. Will weigh in today as was not able to last night.
So I will post my food choices later as well as my WI result.

Well Weighed in and I am up one pound. :( So fucking feel like giving up, seriously hanging on by a thread here !!! But I'm not going to.....at least not today.....I can only live for today right now.
So, I have decided that it's back to basics.......I am measuring absoltely everything - no more eyeballing shit !!!!
Breakfast: 1 cup Special K (2 pts)
1/2 cup 1 % milk (1pt)
1 banana (2pts)
(24 pts left)

Snack: 1 apple (2pts)
1 litre of water

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Spa: (5 pts)
(17 pts left)

Snack: 1 fudgesicle (2pts)
1 pkg fibre bites (1 pt)

Supper: 2 egg omlette over stuffed with veggies (4 pts)
2oz of shredded cheese (I actually weighed it) (6 pts)
drank 1 litre of water (been peeing like a race horse !!)

Snack: While waiting to pick David up from Cubs had 3 honey dipped timbits (3 pts)

1 lonely point remaining :D

When today started, it really sucked !! But I am happy that I stayed on program today. When I am tempted to eat tonight I will drink water. :)
