My Thursday

Well so far my Thursday is good:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup yogurt (1 pt)
1 cup berries (2 pts)
1/2 cup Special K (1 pt)
25 pts left

Lunch: 2 weight watcher bagels (4 pts)
1 egg scrambled(2 pts)
1/2 oz ch cheese (1.5 pts)
17.5 pts left

snack: 1 pkg crispy minis (2 pts)

2 litres of water so far

Supper: 1/2 cup rice (3pts)
4oz roast chicken (4 pts)
steamed veggies
8.5 pts left

1 small piece of chocolate mug cake - (should be illegal - OMG will NOT make this for the kids again for a LONG while !!) (12 pts)
(3.5 flex pts used)

  2. TOTALLY thought of you while I ate it - you would have MULTIPLE O's while eating this.

    Maybe at some point when we both have all of our flex points for the week.....you me and Grant can split one in three, For now though I am staying away !!!
