Well so far my Thursday is good:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup yogurt (1 pt)
1 cup berries (2 pts)
1/2 cup Special K (1 pt)
25 pts left
Lunch: 2 weight watcher bagels (4 pts)
1 egg scrambled(2 pts)
1/2 oz ch cheese (1.5 pts)
17.5 pts left
snack: 1 pkg crispy minis (2 pts)
2 litres of water so far
Supper: 1/2 cup rice (3pts)
4oz roast chicken (4 pts)
steamed veggies
8.5 pts left
1 small piece of chocolate mug cake - (should be illegal - OMG will NOT make this for the kids again for a LONG while !!) (12 pts)
(3.5 flex pts used)
