As I was opening this up I thought to myself - I will call my post Wendy Wednesday....LOL I guess you beat me to it.
So.... breakfast: 1 cup Sp K (2pts)
1/2 cup milk (1pt)
1 banana (1pt)
25 pts left
Lunch: big bacon classic (13.5 pts)
fries (10 pts)
Supper: salad w 3 TBsp calorie wise dressing: (3pts for dressing)
only 1 litre of water today. :(
1.5 flex points used today will try not to use anymore this week because of snacking late last night. Used 18 pts with left over shepherd's pie.
Count them up and be accountable - right?
I once heard a saying ..... you don't drown by falling in the water - you drown by staying there.
So I could have made a couple of better choices in the last day or so.........oh well......tomorrow is fresh and new. Perhaps I will try to get some Turbo Jam in :)
