There are so many reasons why our weight fluctuates, far more for us women then men. Ergh! Of course there is that whole time of the month thingy; some women go up the week before the curse arrives and some go up the week the curse (LOL "the curse") is here. Another great example is what you have eaten; you could be making great choices but if any have had lots of sodium or msg, then sometimes it takes days to get that out of your system.
So while I believe all this, sometimes, it still can affect you. At a Weight Watcher meeting not too long ago, I mentioned how they actually pander to the power of the numbers. We get stickers for a great job, 5 lbs stickers, 5% and 10% stickers. Therefore facilitating a chase the numbers mentality.
