Ok here goes....
Saturday - breakfast: BW english muffin
1 egg
apx 1 oz cheese
Lunch: left over pork (3oz)
salad
Supper: 2 pieces pizza + salad
Sunday
breakfast: 1 apple
100 g yogurt
1 bran bar
lunch: none - went to WW buddy's house instead
supper: 2 helpings of goulash
Monday
breakfast: toasted western sandwich (with white bread - eww .... I did not make it... a client did)
lunch: 1/2 ham sandwich and 10 cucumber slices
supper: 2 cheddar smokies :(
Need to get a grip - feel like I am slipping especially because I am going away very soon !!! Worried that I will overeat while in Calgary !!!
