Well Sunday was ok I ate pretty much on program except for David's DQ ice cream cake YUM (it's evil !!) I worked overnight, so even though I ate all my meals for Sunday, I had to eat around 3 am. I have to ask the "new" leader tonight where I put that.....is it part of Sunday's food? or Monday's food? Anyways came home and died for 3 hours and then got up and went to my staff meeting.
I was famished so I grabbed 5 chicken wings and 12 sweet potatoe fries on the way.
For Supper I had 3oz pork, 1 medium baked potatoe, 1 tsp marg, 1 small bowl of spinach salad.
Yes I know I did not count points, I will today:
Breakfast: Ham and cheese omlet: 9 pts (20 points left) - although my daily points may go up after WI tonight :(
Lunch: 6 Chicken McNuggets: 8 pts (12 left)
Supper: 2 beef tacos (10 pts) 2 left
Only got 2 glasses of water in today. Will try harder tomorrow
Didn't get to weigh in tonight as my supper company stayed extra long.
