Not a good Sunday

Feels like BWW (before Weight Watchers)

I did not plan my meals or even attempt to really eat meals today at all! terrible! Just wanted to tie on the feed bag and munch / graze all day. At least the munching / grazing was accounted for and some we good choices.

MORNING:
Granola bar 3 pts
Banana 2 pts
1/2 bag mikey pcorn 2 pts
1/2 cup choc frozen yogurt w cool whip lite 3 pts

AFTERNOON:
Pb&j on body wise bread 6 pts
Smart food pcorn cluster 2 pts
Jello cup 0 pts

5 glasses h2o

5 pm 18 pts gone

SUPPER WAS AT SIXISH
Skillet Sensation: Chicken Parmigiana - 9 pts &
a piece of Body Wise bread toast 0.5

28 pts gone before 7 p.m. with an overage of 0.5

As of 7:55 p.m. I feel starving and stand at 23.5 flex pts gone. I have 11.5 left until Tuesday morning.
