Went with Lil D on her field trip today. Did not have time for breakfast. Did not want to drink water throughout the Wildlife park as I did not have access to bathroom. Being on a bus with that many kids being noisy was exhausting as was the stress of watching Lil D and 3 boys (one who was of higher needs). The teacher had provided an unrealistic schedule for the park exploration as well as scavenger hunt sheets for the kids to color in along the way (which was utterly ridiculous); we did not get to see all the animals and the kids were obsessed with the coloring crap. There were also MASSIVE line ups to get food out of food dispensers which ALL the kids had money for. (think lots of schools of kids lined up!)
Being that it is that time of the month, when I got home, I just wanted to eat and eat and eat, hence the several containers of 0 point jello and 3 Weight Watcher muffins and 2 puddings.
I lost 0.8 lbs this week! Which marks the first time ever I have lost any weight during this particular week of the month! so I am pretty happy.
Loved the meeting! Jim is wonderful and absolutely helps get your head in the right direction. His information and demeanor is invaluable!
