Taking Responsibility

So.... Sunday.... had a granola bar for breakfast whilst getting Trolls down. Then did not eat again until I got to my mom's. Made myself a chicken sandwich there and read the nutritional content on the low fat mayo label but did not have my slider. So not too bad. Then had a sliver of her cake (mmmmmm---- to die for). And had a piece of lemon pie!!!! Then we stayed for supper. Roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts & peas, oh and a roll! Had water with supper. And diet ginger ale while visiting. Had a brownie and a couple of teaspoons of icing (snuck those!)

Monday: took the day off to do stuff around the house! That worked out well! LOL Watched numerous episodes of Being Erica on my Ipod (love that show!) and had a 3 hour bath. Divine! Just kept adding more and more hot water.

So... when I went to eat breakfast, there was no calorie reduce bread and I must say that pissed me off. And since Friday was a write off, and Saturday was too... And then you know what happened Sunday (as above) so it is amazing how easy it is to get out of good habits. So being that I was so pissed off... I decided screw it! I am not taking the time to find something!

So that adds up to 30 points and I am allowed 28 a day. Not great choices but hey I was only 2 points over! So now I feel a little bit better about the massive verge off path. I drank Coke Zero or Sprite Zero all day. So easy to fall back into bad habits. So easy. :(
