My tuesday....man am I bone tired !!!

Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast (4 pts)
1 egg (2 pts)

Lunch: 1 1/2 egg salad sandwhich (16 pts) OMG !!!!

snack: carrotts and cucumber

Supper: 1 cup goulash (9 pts)

2 pts used in flex today :(

only 1.5 litres of water in today

I will get better :)
