Breakfast: Tomatoe sandwhich on bodywise english muffin (3pts)

snack: 1 vitamuffin top (1pt)
100g yogurt (1pt)


Lunch: frozen din din (5 pts)


Supper: "portion wise" PC burger (3pts)
BW english muffin (2pts)
1 small slice of pep pizza-frozen (9 pts)

Snack All bran chewy bar (1pt)
(4 pts left over)

Also did a Turbo Jam work out for 20 minutes today (working my way up to longer workouts) :D

Loved my mail today ..... but I guess you got that by my earlier post ;)
