Well as you know my day started off with a 3.6 loss.....giving me my 5% loss sticker :)
I just got home from a chiro appt and an hour massage. Now waiting for the missionaries to come and give David his lesson.
Breakfast: 1/2 c berries (1pt)
1/2 c yogurt (1pt)
1/2 c cereal (1pt)
Snack: vitamuffin top YUM (1pt)
25 pts left
Lunch: Smart Ones grilled flatbread (6 pts)
19 pts left
Supper: 1 cup Shepherd's pie (9 pts)
1 tsp marg (1 pt)
large salad with 2oz chicken (2 pt)
salad dressing little pkg: (3 pts)
4 pts left
1.5 litres of water so far.
