Friday and Saturday

At least when we fall we fall together :)

Friday: Wow - now I see why we do this daily.....my memory sucks.

Saturday: breakfast: sausage n egg mcmuffin (yes McDonald's)

lunch: 7 meat balls and 2 small rolls

Supper: 1 1/2 servings of Goulash

Snack: rolo icecream (yes go hard or go home) :) Just checked.....and a rolo icecream ...you know the one with the chocolate cone? it's 6 points not as much as I would have thought.

Yes DEFINITELY back on the wagon tomorrow !!!!
