SUPPER was 2/3 cup of tortellini cooked in low fat tomato sauce = 6 pts & a large salad with some shredded cheese and calorie reduced dressing = 3 pts.
1.67 pts left at 9:38 p.m. LOL Only drank 3 glasses of water today dammit!
Was diving into some flexage points as had a 2 pt WW muffin, a 0 pt thingie of Jello so that is just -0.333 LOL but I also had watermelon - 1 pt so ended the day with -1.33 over in flex.
VERY impressed with the whole "anal" color coded graph !!! Wow LOVE it !!
