Holiday Monday

Hey Heddi,

Well this morning I got up early and did4 loads of laundry before work. I also packed up a picnic
to take with the kids to public gardens. We are going to have a pic nic around 1pm and then I will go to work from there. Hope your day is a good one.

Breakfast: 1 hfww wrap (0 pts)
1 egg (2 pts)(27 pts left)
3 slices turkey bacon (2 pts)(25 pts left)

Lunch: 1 cup left over casserole (9 pts) (16 pts left)

Afternoon snack: small ice cream without cone (4 pts) (12 pts left)

Supper: 10 oven baked french fries (1.5 pts) (10.5 pts left)

1 chicken burger (12.5 pts) (2 flex pts used)

WW mini bar (1 pt) (3 flex pts used) (19 flex points used in total this week !!!)
