Today.....you want the good or the bad?

Hey Heddi,
I just wanted to let you know how much it helped for you to be there today, supporting me when I stepped on the scale........we won't mention the actual number of pounds gained here.......but thank you. I don't know how much of the gain was peroid water retaining.......and I actually don't care.....I could spend alot of energy on beating myself up over that but that won't help me this week. Whatever it was ... IT"S OVER !!!!!

So today I made good choices :D
For brunch I had :
1 chicken melt sandwich :
14points (16 pts remaining)
1 cup of mixed fruit : 3points (13 pts remaining)

For supper I had:
2 pork and veggie barbequed shiskabobs (mostly veggies with 5 small pieces of pork):
5 points (8 pts remaining)
1/2 cup of mushroom rice: 3 points (5 pts remaining)

Oh yeah almost forgot that yummy 2 bite brownie this am at your mom's: 5 points ( points all gone !!)

Also another NSV is I went to a movie tonight and for the first time ever I didn't get popcorn !!
