Whew I made it !!! Yesterday is over !!! :D WOW that was a bad one !! Made it through :)
I didn't list my food so here it is:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup mixed berries (1 pt) ( 29 pts left)
1 cup yogurt (6 pts) (23 pts left)
1/2 cup sp K (1pt) (22 pts left)
Lunch: 1 egg (2 pts) (20 pts left)
1 0z cheese (3pts) (17 pts left)
1 ww bagel (1 pt) (16 pts left)
Snack: 1 fudgesicle (ONLY 2 pts!! ) :D (14 pts left)
Supper: Healthy choice Chicken Tai dinner (5 pts) (9 points left)
water 2 litres through out the day
right before bed I did sneak in the kitchen :( and ate a small bowl (apx 1 cup) of the kid's left over hamburger helper (7 pts) (2 points left)
Here's hoping today is a better day :)
