Breakfast: 1/2 cup strawberries (1 pt) (29 pts left)
1/2 cup yogurt (3 pts) (26 pts left)
1/2 sp K cereal (1 pt) (25 pts left)
Snack: banana (2 pts) (23 pts left)
Lunch: 12 pieces of cal roll sushi (9 pts) (14 pts left)
Supper: 4 hard tacos (8 pts) (6 points left)
I actually put a Healthy Choice "meditarian grilled vegetable" and gagged trying to eat the 2 bite so threw it out !!! Won't buy that one again !!! EWWW
snack: fudgesicle (2 pts) (4 points left)
1 1/2 litres of water so far but it's only 6 pm.........lots of water drinking time left !!
Emotionally it was an ok day - but I was teaching today, so didn't have time to think about much except for the lesson plan.
Looking forward to hearing about the other WW leader.
