Lunch: 1 cup peaches in pear juice, did slidey thingie and1 pt, and 7 pt WW frozen pizza (was major yummy!) 1+7 = 8
Drank 8 glasses H2O by 8 pm!
Supper: beans & weiners: all remaining points!!!
Granola bar for dessert: 3 flex pts
I have to start carrying over the flex pts from day to day to keep track of them.
