whew! what a day! I was up until about 2 a.m. so I felt wiped most of day.
Had a great day at work though. I told Karin I was working at back of room with music on in headphones and not to disturb me so I could focus on Utilization statement work and it went well. I have a good handle on it and am excited to resume the work tomorrow.
Breakie consisted of: 1 cup of orange juice 2 pts, 1 WW muffin 2 pts, & a banana 2 pts
Lunch: L/O tortellini, 6 pts, and Watermelon, 2 pts, and 2!!! yes, 2!!! little Jello cups that are 0 points
So I headed into suppertime with 14 pts gone and 14 left.
Supper was Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Skillet Sensation 5 pts and a Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola Bar for 3 points. So 14 - 8 = 6 pts left at 10:08 pm
I feel pretty hungry right now... for several reasons I think.
- You & I just talked for ages on phone about foods, comfort foods, cravings, filling feeling etc. and so it made me really reflect on whether my tummy feels empty or not
- I am not getting the water in this week and that is making me feel pretty empty, HAVE TO GET BACK INTO IT!!!
- and lastly because as I told you that damn Skillet Sensations 1 person portion is frigging small man.
so I am having another granola bar eh and likely going to bed with a pt or two left.
