Sunday

Hi Heddi,

I had a good Sunday. Very relaxing :)

Breakfast: 200 ml yogurt (2 pts) (27 pts left)
1 banana (2 pts) (25 pts left)
1/2 cup Sp K cereal (1 pt) (24 pts left)

Lunch: 1 cup left over casserole (9 pts) (15 pts left)

Supper: 5 oz skinless chicken breast (5 pts) (10 pts left)
half of my plate covered with green and yellow beans
1/2 cup rice (3 pts) (7 pts left)

Dessert: 1 mind blowing fudgesicle (think I am getting addicted) (2 pts) (5 pts left)

Snack: 17 baked Lays chips (4 pts) (1 pt left)

2 Litres of water today :)

Wow, Heddi you have done alot of walking !!! That is awesome !! With all the walking you did yesterday you may as well have walked in the Bluenose marathon !! Next year right?
