My Thursday

So far I have had:

Breakfast: 1 high fibre whole wheat wrap (.5 pts) (29.5 pts left)
1 egg (2 pts) (27.5 pts left)
1 slice turkey bacon (1 pt) (26.5 pts left)

Snack: 1 wrap (hfww) (.5 pts) (26 pts left)
1 banana (2 pts) (24 pts left)
1 Tbsp peanut butter (2 pts) (22 pts left)

Lunch: Healthy Choice Sweet Sesame Chicken (6 pts) (16 pts left)

Supper: 3 oz Turkey (3 pts) (13 pts left)
1 piece reg bacon (1 pt) (12 pts left)
1 oz montery jack cheese (3 pts) (9 pts left)
lots of veggies
2 tsp lite mayo (1 pt) (8 pts left)
1 large wh wheat tortilla (2 pts) (6 pts left)

No water yet because my water cooler needs a new filter !!! :(
Getting one today !!! (got new filter YAY FOR WATER COOLERS!!)
2 litres of wonderfully filtered water :D

Hmmm I see that I have 6 points left........I am really not hungry at all. So I am perplexed.......
do I eat because I have 6 points left and not listen to my body? Or do I listen to my body (and I have spent YEARS of ignoring my body telling me that it's full or not hungry) I may be wrong but I am choosing to listen to my body and not eat :)

  1. it is confusing eh. I did not eat all mine the other night when I had 7 left at 11:10. but I did eat two fudgesicles and that left me with 3 when I went to bed. LOL
