My Thursday

Breakfast: 200g yogurt (2pts)
1 cup mixed berries (2 pts)
sp K cereal 1/2 cup (1 pt)
(24 pts left)

Lunch: 2 cups split pea soup (6pts)
1 small bun (2pts)
1 tsp marg (1 pt)
(15 pts left)

snack: 1 orange(2 pts)
1 cup fresh pineapple (2 pts)
1 bag of all bran bites (1 pt)
(10 pts left)

Supper: 1 HC frozen dinner (5 pts)

Snack: 1 bag crispy mini delights (2 pts)
(3 pts left)

That's it I then went to bed.
